| I was reading NSPE's "Engineering Times" about the controversy in Iowa over the "certified groundwater professional." Could someone send me a copy of the rule that the Iowa Board of Engineering and Land Surveying Examiners created that states "that the practice of engineering includes environmental engineering activities that may include the development of plans, reports, or actions to remediate an environmentally hazardous site." Also, does Iowa have Registered Geologists, and if so, has a delineation between the "practice of engineering" and the "practice of geology" been created?
