The Iowa Engineering Society announces the PE Leadership Institute for members

You are invited to join a select group of Iowa Engineering Society members for the only leadership class in Iowa aimed at the practicing professional engineer. The PE Institute is aimed at giving practicing professional engineers the leadership skills needed to succeed in this demanding profession. 

The PE Institute is tailored for individuals with at least 7-10 years of experience who are looking to advance their careers.

You will have the opportunity to:

• Dialogue with other key leaders in the engineering community
• Apply what you learn to enhance your own personal leadership skills
• Shape the future of the engineering profession in Iowa
• Use what you have learned to benefit your employer, your profession and your career
• Explore ways to inspire and motivate those around you

Participants will earn approximately 40 Professional Development Hours!

Class size is limited.

Registration fee is $1650 for members and $2650 for non members.

 Deadline for Nominations:  September 15, 2023  Extended to Thursday, September 28, 2023.

Application Requirements

• Applications must be received no later than September 15, 2023  Extended to Thursday, September 28, 2023.
  
• Applications must be accompanied with a brief resume and cover letter
• Applications must be signed by both the applicant and his or her employer
• Applicants will be notified no later than September 30, 2023.
• Do not need to send payment at this time. However, payment must be received prior to the program beginning
